Bell Tent Cancellation Policy

We're a small CIC, so cancellations have a real impact on us. Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change.

Cancelling your booking

  • More than 28 days before arrival: Full refund minus a small admin fee.
  • 14–28 days before arrival: 50% refund, or we'll do our best to move your dates.
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund, but we'll try to move your booking where we can.

Bad weather

Bell tents are weather-resilient and stays are not cancelled for normal British weather. In the very rare event we need to cancel for safety reasons, we'll offer a full refund or alternative dates.
