Bell Tent Stay Terms

Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once Pubtopia has responded to your enquiry, agreed the dates, and received payment as arranged. Pubtopia reserves the right to refuse a booking.

Who can stay

• The Bell Tents are family-friendly and dog-friendly.
• An adult (18+) must be the lead booker and present throughout the stay.
• Maximum occupancy per tent will be confirmed at booking.

On site

• The site is shared with The Halfway pub — please be considerate of other guests.
• Use the wood stove safely and only with provided materials.
• No open fires outside the stove.
• Keep dogs on a lead in shared areas and clean up after them.
• Take all rubbish with you or use the provided bins.

Liability

Pubtopia is not responsible for loss, damage or injury except where caused by our negligence. You stay at your own risk and are responsible for your group, children and dogs at all times.
